THE PRIMARY FOCUS of Media City Dance is to provide training in classical ballet technique, which affords dancers the complete foundation for all other dance forms. Media City Dance encourages students of all ages and levels to experience the world of dance, while also developing their emotional and physical centers. Many students of Media City Dance have gone on to programs at The Kirov Conservatory, American Ballet Theater, Broadway and more. A class for ANYONE of all levels focusing on the proper alignment, placement, and strengthening of the body to better prepare it for ballet and dance in general.
We will use technique from Ballet, Pilates and some Yoga to help strengthen the core and improve stability.
The class will help each individual to understand how to be more aware of the way they move and give the tools necessary for using the body in the most efficient way possible.
It's the End of the Week. This 5:30pm class will help the student
Let it All Go!
Gain stretch, balance and tone while feeling the relaxation with instructor Damara Titmus. Bring your own mat, yoga block (optional) and water.

Classical Russian Ballet, Pointe, Jazz/Contemporoary, Hip-Hop and Stretch, and a separate dance program developed specifically for children starting from age 3 up. Pre-professionals, professionals, and adults of 50+. Our curriculum was enhanced over the years by an internationally renowned faculty from all over the world. Each one with vast amounts of experience that help develop the dancer.
